Oh come on, we all know "spend your money wisely" really means "blow every penny you've ever made on candy and explosives!"And, if the minute setting confuses you, it's the bank-teller person across the street from the Bomb Shop in Majora's Mask.
Honestly, setting up a bank right next to an explosives store? Though I guess when someone walks past a store selling bombs to ten-year-olds their first thought is "I need lots of money right now."

That's what I did whenever someone gave me money in LOZ. Guilty gaming plaesure, and then I just threw them everywhere and wasted every single one. NO ONE DIED?!?! HOW IS THAT POSSSIBLE?!?!?! I DEMAND TO SEE WHOEVER WROTE THE LAWS OF PHYSICS!!!!!

xDD Who could resist buying b0mbs? I used to get 10 pesos from My tia every other day when I spent a couple months Back home, and I would blow em on Shaved Ice, Ice pops, other mexi junk f00d and Fireworks oo; you could be like 5 and buy some heavy fireworks for 30-50 pesos(roughly3-5$) xD

Actually, he first appeared in Ocarina of Time, outside the gate to Goron Mountain, across from the potions shop. I think it's only when you're a kid though. And he's not a bank either he's just...there. looking like he's kneading bread.
