It really got on my nerves because all I wanted to do was surf along, minding my own business, just trying to get to the next city or whatever, but NOOOOOO, I couldn't do that, I had to get stopped by the Posse of Retarded Swimmers Whose Goal in Life is Bugging Me for NO. GOOD. REASON!!!!

So eventually, I just figured out that if you just wait until they're looking in another direction, no matter how close you swim to them on your Big-Black-Blob-mon, they wouldn't see you.

KYAHAHA! Aw, man, that's brilliant! Blastoise (well, squirtle, actually. Whatever,) was my first-ever Pokemon, and I taught it Surf, too. And I had the same basic thought in my head as I proceeded to whup every other swimmer's buts...

There is a way around that, dont teach an HM to your primary fighter, just have 2-3 HM-whores that have all 8 HMs and leave the other 3-4 slots for fighters. That way you can stand on your floating whore and then send your blastoise to its doom.

gawd i hate when they say the eyes meeting crap when i am obviously turned the other way.
the old games cracked me up. they say the eye thing, and even after battle you are still magically turned the opposite direction.
another thing. waht happens if you use the pokemon youre surfing on to battle? where do you go?
