Correction you only get Recon armor when ODST comes out if you have ALL of the Vidmaster Achievements.

Hey Hal I have a capture card I just need to tutorial on how to get the frames on to photoshop.

Once you've captured the footage, load PS and hit "File" then "Import". There you will see the option to import frames from video.
