*My god, finally. It took over 15 tries for this to upload.

Fanart of the game Okami, developed by Clover Studios and distributed by Capcom.

I tried to imitate the original art style as closely as possible, save for two modifications. It's very difficult for me to draw people out of proportion (hence why I rarely, if ever, draw chibis), so I lengthened Waka's legs and drew his mouth. It seems to take away from the overall Okami-ness of the picture, though, so I might have to step out of my comfort zone in the future.

I used a watercolor brush and let the colors bleed here and there to mimic the watercolor vibe of the art, but it fell short. Waka's left arm is supposed to be partially hidden, but now I'm starting to think it looks amputated. :/ Anatomy is not my strong point.

Aside from that, I'm pleased with how Amaterasu came out.
