This is a GNOME Shell theme based on the Orta GTK2 theme.Orta GTK2 theme by SkiesOfAzel

Instructions:
Please avoid a manual install and use the GNOME Tweak Tool, it's much easier.
You can use the gnome-shell theme extension for easier switching of themes.
GNOME Tweak Tool
Make sure you have user-theme-extension installed. Load the GNOME Tweak Tool and go to Shell Extensions and click the "Use Theme Extension" switch. Now go to "Theme" and click the Shell Theme box and locate your theme zip. Now you can select the theme in the dropdown box.

The dark theme highlight color could be grey...the dark light combination is making the theme so nice to look at...
Also the menus for dark and light variations are different. Is it intentional? I like the menu style of the dark version.

I use the large text option with the orta theme. I love the theme. The only problem is that the menus don't redraw themselves perfectly when you scroll through the options (e.g. the logout menu and accessibility menus) with large text enabled.

Orta is a dark panel and menu but I thought I'd do a light version. I did the dark version second and decided the arrow box pointer worked better but no shadows are supported.

Actually, I was referring to the need for a metallic Gnome Shell theme. All of your themes are two-toned. That is well and good, but after excessive use, it starts to get heavy on my eyes! Maybe you could try a colorful theme?

UI's are generally two toned anyway but DeviantArt and Smooth Inset have colour in them. Some of these themes are just based off the GTK version. A metallic theme would take more work and GS doesn't support muilpoint gradients yet.
