Instructions:
Please avoid a manual install and use the GNOME Tweak Tool, it's much easier.
You can use the gnome-shell theme extension for easier switching of themes. Unzip the file and load which version you want into the gnome tweak tool, i.e steam-3.2.zip
GNOME Tweak Tool
Make sure you have user-theme-extension installed. Load the GNOME Tweak Tool and go to Shell Extensions and click the "Use Theme Extension" switch. Now go to Theme>Shell Theme and click the box and locate your theme zip. Now you can select the theme in the dropdown box.

This is my favourite theme: it fits perfectly with gnome 3.2, it does not change the number of application icons which can fit on the screen, and is very clean looking. There are a lot of interesting themes on this site, but a good number of them are ubuntu/unity-centric, which I don't use. Awesome! Very good work!

This theme is great except: When I navigate the "dash" by keyboard (super ; ctrl-alt-tab-tab), there's no difference between a focused icon and a non-focused icon.
I think an improvement is needed

Awsome but I think it needs more tight stripes and the blue on the highlight to be blended more with the dark olive colors of the rest. Overall its very cool addition and it will be totally awesome when Steam is released for Linux as well.

There's a problem though, the panel background doesn't fill the whole panel on my resolution!

Quick fix for you. Scale the panel-background.png to 1280x26. Reload GS, done.

Looks like I'll have to do it SVG. GNOME SVG doesn't like the pattern support in Inkscape so I'll have to do it manually.
