I must confess that I'm still not very pleased with this cover. There's something kind of off with the color balance, but I spent way too much time trying to fix it, and could never get to a point where I was satisfied with it. Oh well, this will have to do.

The story itself is pretty fun, and I had more ideas on how I could continue it past the point where I decided it should end. There's only so much you should tell, however, and if a story comes to a natural end, I find it's not productive to push it further.

"Lizzie has been interested in her best friend Amanda for a long time, but she has never revealed her true feelings to the athletic woman. Her love seems doomed to be unrequited until they both encounter a pair of parasitic worm creatures, who assault and infest their bodies, transforming them utterly.
Now, they’re captives of an alien known only as the Collector, objects to be placed within her expansive menagerie. It will take all of Lizzie’s skills to navigate this new landscape of mistrust and betrayals, while the creature living inside her womb alters her further.
Gravid with the creature’s eggs, she must learn how to control her desires before it reduces both her and her lover to mere lust filled slaves."
