To spawn GLaDOS in-game through the Q spawn menu is impossible. She won't be there, so you have to get the console command from the thread.

If you don't mind me asking, how did you go about setting up the picture? Did you load up the final cutscene map from portal 2 for GLaDOS, and the use ragdolls and items for the rest?

Yes, the rest were just added in-game. Although, the map is the version from the midpoint of the game, the part where she captures Chell. I preferred that version better since the hatch beneath her is white and kinda makes the chamber look a bit more "theatrical" for some reason and I liked it.

after one realizes just how big GLaDOS is (her head is up to your waist (or higher) when it's "standing" on the floor), THEN they find her a bit intimidating...
