EDIT: Problem has been fixed. I needed to download the RTP Runtime Package for RPG 2000.

I'm trying to run a game on my computer, but I need AppLocale to do it . . . I THOUGHT I had done things right (If followed the instructions given down to the letter . . .), but THIS keeps popping up instead of the game . . . Can anyone tell me what it says or what to do? Or give me some new instructions? I'm at my wits end with this . . .

P.S. The game I'm trying to use is Yume Graffiti, a fangame for Yume Nikki.

Also, sorry, I know this is in the wrong category, but I don't know where else to put it. I'll move it to my scraps or delete it once I get some help . . .
