So, I'm just minding my own business, trying to make a model of Kaito from the webcomic "Kaito Shuno", I get him ALMOST done, test him, and, well . . . You can probably see the problem. Or Problems, as it would seem . . . Can somebody help me:

1.) Fix the fact that those bones at the bottom don't follow the rest of him like their supposed to.
2) Rig the bottom of those socks so they'll stay in his shoes?

I think I can fix the sock problem if I can just get those bones to follow like they're supposed to.

Can someone please help me fix him?
