Okay, so, my computer more or less fried, I got it fixed, and now I have to reinstall all my programs. I redownloaded PMD, but when I try to use it, this message comes up. Can anyone tell me:1.) What this says?
2.) How to fix it? or
3.) What programs I might be missing to get it to work?
It's been a long time since I had to install this, and I can't remember what I need to make it work . . . Help?
I have no clue what to categorize this as, but it's going into scraps as soon as it's fixed, so . . .

there's some problems with plugins,I can read only "puragin (plugin) no..." . You should install Netframework,direct x 9 and visual c++ (linked by MMD-Nay-PMD),then try to download again pmd/pmx editor °^°

Thanks! Turns out it was the DirectX things that was missing. I knew there was SOMETHING with a 9 in it that I'd had to download, I just could remember what. Thank you!

you should just have to google Mikumikudance, it's the first search result, then choose either version 1.3 or 1.4. Should already be in english.
