Photography: The love of my short and irritatingly heterosexual lifeModels: Your host and ~simoneales
Art work: Well, I drew the monsters on Simon's back, ~lucyhotchin filled in the space between them with twirly goodness, ~scottish-gardeners did the work on my face and I think ~eckyducky and ~lucyhotchin did one of my hands each.
The monsters are actually an echo of the one's drawn on my jeans but you can't really see that.
~eckyducky and I were just indulging in a bit of mutual ego stroking and rambling about how much we liked this shoot. To date, it is one of my favourite concepts I have come up with and everything just fell into place so well that day. This is one of my favourite images from the day. I just love it so I thought I would let nostalgia take its course and post it.
I love this group of people such a lot.

This picture makes me feel warm. And reading the little story beneath makes me feel like making it was a really fun project, like you are all good friends and this is just what you do together. Maybe its the music I'm listening to, or the mood I'm it, but I feel like this picture is speaking to me. The close, comfortable feel of it. The warmth of the background and general setting. I feel like the drawings are a sort of expression, a symbol of the freedom of expression shared between you and man, who is himself a symbol for something greater. Its making me want to be a part of it all. Thank you for posting this. You made my day.

Every interpretation is great! That's what art is: its the artist and the viewer making a piece together.
It was a very happy, comfortable group to work with. This is still probably my favourite photo that I've ever been involved in. It sort of sums up a lot of that part of my life with those people: it did feel a bit magic, surreal, sensual, loving and was fantastic to collaborate with incredibly talented, amazing artists/friends.

Wow, what a lovely shot. It's unique enough to be a commercial art, yet so....warm...that I could see it stuffed in a nice box together with letters and those little things...*goes on to insert a backstory xD*.
