i did this in the 30 minutes so sorry it's garbage i'm probably going to re-do it at some point but for now here?

Done in Sai and I one use the pen tool and the blur tool... like that's it not layer setting just those two tool and layer opacity
I usually keep more line art on the nose then i did here so it's a little off, also it's cross eyed but whatever

I also think of it like doing makeup, so like contouring and stuff
