This might as well be Rosebutt's final reference, I highly doubt I'm gonna change her design anytime soon, if ever again vuv"
She really needed a new ref anyway with the change in my style, and the fact that I draw anthros more often than I used to.

Little to nothing changed about her, so onto the info that hardly changed either!~

Important Details
- REALLY FLUFFY HAIR
- Four spiky bangs curve downward between the eyes; the smallest spike flicks backwards.
- There's a semi-large bump before the actual spike on the wing "thumb."
- Only has four extended belly plates that start below the neck with a V-shape, and end right after the tail begins ((Alot of people draw her with more than four plates, so I'm pointing out that this is a requirement in her design)).
- AMerican+Canadian flag gloves are NOW OPTIONAL
