Description
12+ Hours of work. (Includes creating the textures, clouds etc). Final version is actually 6000x4000.Enjoy.
Created with Max and Photoshop, used around 17 different layers in all.
Update 12/05/04 :
Replaced with higher resolution lower filesize and different aspect version.

u sure like space ah? when u get it how to do it, its easy, sort of damn the glow is so nice! what about posting some tutorials, exposing some secrets!!
i for example dying to learn 3d studio max, not posting tutorials just about space, stuff like tentacles or other stuff, but good ones, tell me what you think in a note... anyways like all ur space images its amazing, looks like taken in the movies or from a starcraft "between briefings" images hehe
i didnt open the big picture this time since its 1:54am and im dying to sleep (army tommorow- i live in israel ) but the as what i see from the thumbnail the green meteor (if thats what it is- thats what i see) and his trail, his green trail especially looks a bit odd, i think!
u r the master, if i would know how to do that praying smiley i would, lets try ? its not pray, its some sort of gesture, forgot how to say it in english

worths more than 12 hours I think, it's an image of the future and prolly gonna be sadly true.
I found a very small mistake in the image.... the planet that it's near the Zeus (the 3rd on from left to right) has a small mistake in the shadow, the angle of the sun and planet must have shadow about 15o CCW.
It's a great work and I hope to see more in this style from you.
