well must say i like how this turned out!!not much like my previous ones,if you take a look please comment or fav!cheersupdate: i added a few smaller planets and gave them the suggested shadows,looks a lot better this way,thanks for the advice on this one!!!
and i played a bit with the central part of the nova,think it looks nice.

I like it. Has a nice feel to it. Only thing I don't like about it are the planet 'shadow' trails - they look too defined. I have this problem with several other of your works too. It just doesn't look right. Maybe a slightly wider, feathered trail?

ola!!yeah the planets looked a bit off,with the light on the dark side,and thanks for the tip bout the star in the middle,looks better when its bigger.
but i wont burn the edges,tried to,but it didnt quite worked out.

great supernova, great texture for it. nice touch with the radial blur. i suggest that you give the planets more shadow that extends beyond the confines of the sphere. that will create a stronger lighting effect. other than that, very nice.
