Firstly, since I'm on the topic of watermarks lately - I have to comment on that! Very nice and very subtle. I love where you've placed it, it's not too invasive and actually compliments your image. Great choice!
I like the pose, the casualness is captured well with the arms steady but firm behind the back of the head. I also like the slight tilted angle of the head, that works really well. The reflection captured in the glasses is strong, but could be possibly stronger to enhance the surroundings of what we can't see.
I feel that the person behind in the distance might be a little off putting. Other than that, this is really nice, the pose works well and it has great tones making use of lighting on what seems to be quite a dull day.
