I couldn't sleep last night so I decided to work on the fringe on the pair of shorts I got for my RE2 Claire Redfield cosplay. I'm pretty happy with the outcome! This cosplay is so close to being completed!

All I did was cut a little pit of fabric off the short's bottoms and then washed them until they frayed a bit. I then took a knife and made the fringe even more rough by running the serrated part of the knife over the fringe. After that I jsut painted the fringe white with fabric paint!

I think you've matched the skin tone, the cycling shorts look right, but the cut-offs probably want to be even shorter.
What do you know, if you say "I shall be professional" 5 times then you actually are!
