The angles of the panels at the start of the battle (right after The Next Day) lead to some confusion. Nick is to the right facing left, Roxie is at left looking right, but their respective pokemon seem to wind up on different sides.

Y'know, I always praise Mewitti for her great anatomy, but I think I praise you for the exact opposite, your fluidity. Everything feel malleable and changing, really letting motion and action be in the forefront. And it really adds to the comedy too, sorta like Looney Toons.
