Well, this looks amazing, both as an art piece and as a setting.
I know it's 40K but it doesn't really looks like it.

Now this is something we don't get enough in 40K. Granted, in the future there is oly war...but somewhere, people must have rather normal lives.

Official line is that most of the Imperium's million worlds are barely aware there is anything going on and are no worse than modern Earth to live on if not better.
But that's hardly what 40k is about. A lot of places very recently stopped being nice when the camera was turned on.

Hive cities are probably one of the worst places to live in as a normal human but living on a non-hive world can vary in life quality
Some imperial cities could be like New York City while some others can be like New Delhi
