Felix's birthday is coming up and he wants some roller skates really bad.Seriously dudes. His 200th birthday. February 3. You can bet on their being a PARRR-TAY!
So I drew him in a new pair o skates, a snazzy new helmet and all the gear he needs to be a skatin' fool. GO FELIX!

Gotta love how he's still dressed in his nice duds. Even skating, Felix maintains a sense of fashion style. Well, other than that helmet of course.

I always wanted roller-skates when I was younger--but we had no place to skate...>,< I was foiled at every turn!
Probably a good thing though, considering my clumsiness...I had also wanted a skateboard when I was younger.
I made do with one of those boards with the poles--y'know sort of like a scooter but with four wheels...though the pole was long gone, so I figured I could just use my foot to push it around on the basement floor. (Though it was safer to sit down on it and scoot around.)
BIG MISTAKE!!!
It went shooting out from under me and I went face first onto the cement...one side of my face was numb and I wondered if that was what "Two-Face" from Batman felt like...my mom was very concerned. Luckily I wasn't badly damaged--I can't even remember what side of my face it was!
I still wouldn't mind trying out a real skateboard though...

Love that helmet. lol. Wow, look at the old school roller skates. I used to have skates like that before I switched over to roller blades. It's been so long since I've skated, I wonder if I can still do it if I tried today. Going to the roller skating rink with my church youth group back in 1993 is what got me into roller skating, I had never done it before that time because I wasn't confident enough. With all my friends roller skating around me, it didn't take me long to pick it up, and then I was hooked from there on. All the roller skating rinks have been torn down in my area, it's like a thing of the past now. What's up with that?
So Felix has a big birthday coming up, eh? Oh man, that leaves so many possibilities for so many awesome birthday party pictures between you and Kat, especially since Felix are both of your favorites. For one possible and hilarious idea, I can't help but picture a huge party scene with all the characters (in party hats of course) standing around Felix sitting in front of a huge creamy cake, and everyone pushing Felix's face into it. Hint hint.

That is very true about Felix being more "composed" though. I'd imagine Wolfie might be trying to attach the wheels onto his helmet instead and skating that way. Either way. He should probably be kept veeeery far away from rollerskates. For humanity's sake.
