Hawke strikes me more as less not having emotions and more not wanting to show them. So I think that whenever Lash cracks him up, he'll call it a "Scowl of approval."

Well, maybe not completely in character, but it's not a horrible departure for them. I can see them acting like this in their downtime, so to say.
As for the art itself, simple yet effective. Lash's 'fro, or whatever that whacked-out hairstyle is looks dandy. One complaint is that Hawke's legs are awfully weedy and disproportinate to the rest of him. It's also kind of odd how Hawke's shoes look weird, but Lash's bare feet look just fine. (I would have thought shoes would be more difficult to draw. But then, what do I know? I don't draw.)
I still quite like the drawing, though, don't get me wrong! Look forward to other AW fanart from you.

Oh yes............... hawke, uh, I got SUPER LAZY with his shoes (I have no excuse for his legs ahaha). I was like 'fuck this' and just drew some blobs on his feet. I can't remember WHY I did that, but I think it might've had to do with me forgetting what they looked like (but pffft that is such a lame excuse). So, it was probably my laziness. Not any better of an excuse, but at least it makes more sense lol. Lashes feet look OK? Wow, I always thought they looked strange... b-but hey, if other people don't think so, then I think I'm OK!
