OK, this took WAAAYY too long
It didn't take me long to draw it, but then I wanted to digitally color it, and use this watercolor stock as an overlay ---->[link] I hope you can tell it's Katniss
I'm actually pretty satisfied with this 
I wanted to try something new, so... here ya go 
I drew it with pencil, and then went to Picmonkey.com to color the hair, eyes, clothing, and pin, and to add the overlay
