Aw, that's so cute! Β The original games by Insomniac were fun, I only played The Eternal Night of the Legend series and it's hard to kill those bosses, but I can't judge the whole series based on that one game. Β I would try Skylanders, but I just don't have the time or money.

Skylanders is fun, albeit simplistic, but it's closer in spirit to the originals than the Legend games.

I don't so much consider it a Spyro game as a game with Spyro in it, but it's still a fun game. Plus I'm pretty sure I would have lost my mind if something like that came out when I was a kid.

I look at the first one as a Spyro game as he at least features somewhat prominently; aside from that I agree. XD
But yeah, the game is actually fun. The effort put into it is quite noticeable.
