Finally the whole class . Sorry, some of the identities are kind of underwhelming, but I purposely wanted to use characters of lesser importance. No point in wasting prominent characters as background noise you see. A little more descriptions can be found on my tumblr .

Lulu, Player’s daughter from Harvest Moon a New Beginning
11 years old. Some 15 years ago Lulu’s mother moved near the forest, started a farm practically out of nowhere, and managed to evolve it into quite an enterprise. The farm’s success has revitalised the nearby areas, and it’s largely thanks to it that there’s still a school around. She’s not so much of a farmer herself, but she has picked up her jack-of-all-trades mother’s skill at carpentry and hopes to get a job in that field. She does love the harvest season though when all kinds of fruit are ripe. She also enjoys foraging in the nature.

Lewis, Player’s son from Harvest Moon a New Beginning
11 years old and Lulu’s twin brother. He too helps out at the family farm and plans to take it over when he’s older. He’s especially interested in the Miltanks and hopes to expand the milk product side of business. But as much as he loves the farm life, he’s still secretly hoping that their mother would find more time to spend with the family rather than working all the time.

Yuki, from Wolf Childern
10 years old. Her family moved to the countryside when she was young because her mother was running away from something. Yuki is an outgoing girl who is still searching for what she wants to do with her life. She has an younger brother Ame on the other class of the school, but lately he’s been starting to skip school.

Souhei, from Wolf Children
10 years old. Sorry, I got nothing else on him, it's been too long since I last saw the movie, and if I remember correctly he didn't have a lot going on that would have an easy Pokemon world counterpart. Let's say that his canon story works here as well, like a somewhat distant relationship with his parents, fear that the new younger sibling will make his parents love him less, and is friends with Yuki.

Chaka, based on Simba’s son from Lion King 2 who was scrapped in favour of Kiara, Simba’s cousin in this universe
12 years old. He prefers to give a confident image of himself, but in reality he feels a bit lost since he doesn’t really know what he wants to do with his life. His family has been involved in anything Litleo/Pyroar related for generations, but Chaka doesn’t feel like that’s really his thing.
Most of the girls in the class have had a crush on him at some point, but so far he’s always turned down all his admirers under the explanation that he’s already seeing some other girl. Many doubt the existence of the mysterious girlfriend though.

Shani, Based on Kiara’s work name in Lion King 2
12 years old, Chaka’s twin sister and Simba’s cousin. She is interested in Pokemon breeding and extremely enthusiastic in raising Litleo and Pyroar (which are the traditional target of interest in this family), with studying different variants being her main field. She usually shows up at school in her work clothes and leaves as soon as classes are over, and sometimes even skips lessons to take care of sick Pokemon. She wants to study Pokemon genetics, but lately her school performance has suffered.

Stanley, RBY Camper
Age 10. He is pretty rash, often has stupid ideas and gets into trouble because of them. His dream is getting to be a Gym Leader of his own Gym, but for now his intermediate goal is becoming a Gym Trainer at the Pewter City Gym. Because of his dream he catches a whole bunch of random Pokemon he can find in the forest, but he’s not particularly good at training them.

Taran, from the Black Cauldron
11 years old. Taran’s family keeps Spoinks for ham purposes. He finds the family business lame and embarrassing and hopes to become a cool and heroic Pokemon trainer, but so far that has been all talk even if he’s already old enough to be a certified trainer going on adventures. He saved one of the would-be hams in the hopes that it’ll learn to predict the future, but upon finding out that Spoink can’t learn any moves capable of doing that he still decided to keep the Pokemon since he had become quite attached to it.

Muffy, from Animal Crossing New Leaf
Age 12. Muffy is an artistic soul and especially interested in clothes and interior design (her room being fancy Rococo style). She also reads a lot and listens to music at a wide range. She has a caring but quite blunt personality, and she’s used to doing things as she pleases and she doesn’t really care about what others think of her. She raises a few Mareep because she enjoys being able to knit her scarves and mittens from her own wool, and hopes to acquire a Pokemon from the Gothitelle family solely due to their stylish look.

Irene, ORAS Picnicker
11 years old. She moved to Viridian forest from Mauville City, Hoenn with her family three years ago, because her parents got tired of the hectic city life and wanted to move somewhere peaceful far away. Irene joined the local girl scouts as soon as she could, but she still wears her old uniform from Hoenn because she thinks it’s a lot cuter. She enjoys being outdoors, but is actually pretty scared of going far from settlement because of any potentially dangerous Pokemon lurking in the forest. She has a Plusle and an Illumise.

Elaina, RBY Lass
Age 10. She's a cheerful and energetic girl. She also has a rather big ego and overinflated sense of her own skills, so she often challenges traveling Pokemon trainers wandering in the Viridian forest, only to be brutally beaten (she only has a low level male and a female Nidoran herself).

Andrew Joy
Age 11. Born to the Joy family where daughters are expected to join the family medicine business while sons often get ignored. Andrew, however, has fared better than many of his relatived in this sense, because despite pressure from relatives his parents weren’t interested in becoming doctors or having heir children (Andrew and 2 daughters) have anything to do with the family’s questionable Pokemon health care monopoly and decided to move away from it all to a forest in the middle of nowhere. Thus Andrew lives happily with no worries of any drama from the family, but being cut off from all his relatives sometimes disheartens him. Currently he is interested in geography.

Gloyd Orangeboar, from Wreck-it-Ralph
10 years old. He wants to be a Pokemon racer, so he spends a lot of his time dreaming of which fast Pokemon he'll catch. The Pumpkaboo family is his favourite, but unfortunately it seems that he'll have to pick a different Pokemon if he wants to be successful in speed competitions.

Carrot, from One Piece
Age 13. She’s small for her age, but way stronger and faster than you’d expect. She loves the Lopunny and Bunnelsby evolution lines, and trains her own bunny Pokemon for battling purposes with great enthusiasm. She is quite quick and aggressive to challenge passing Pokemon trainers for a battle, and she’s dying to go out on an adventure once she finishes her school. She and Judy Hopps are good friends, and Usagi Tsukino is a pen-pal to both of them.

Judy Hopps, from Zootopia
11 years old. Her family grows carrots and everyone sort of expects Judy to continue the family business as the oldest child, but she is determined to become a police officer instead. And not just any police officer; she intends to make it to the very top of the field, which is dominated by the Jenny family. She also wants to do that while using rabbit Pokemon.
