here's my take:
twin towers swaying in the wind with a bomb wick on one of them, as an airplane approaches.
dove perched on skyline represents a call for peace...which the other elements like the palm trees and beachy-windy-serenity-feeling-scene kinda fall in place with...
the circle with stars pushes further the idea of a country or organisation involved politically to fight for peace...
not forgetting the dolphin which is usually a sign of world peace and intelligence

I really like that one can look at this several times and still find something one has not seen before. The way all the different elements blend into each other is very well done and the "tilted perspective" adds to holding the viewers interest.

The maroon palm trees need to be erased at the bottom, so that they seem to be on top of it and not in front. (Did that make any sense.)
