Another avatar piccy. Never tried this style before. I had a lot of fun with it though, and I'm a bit sad it's finished.Update:
I'm overwhelmed with the positive response this design has had. However, I have found instances of it being uploaded elsewhere without my permission. They do say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!
Please do not distribute this image 'in the wild' or I fear it will end up being used commercially against my wishes.
Yes, you can use the image for personal, non-commercial use but clearly credit me as the creator and copyright holder and please ask permission first, and when you use it, if you can link me a photo of its use this will help me determine the legitimate users from the copyright infringers.
And also, I really enjoy seeing what people make with my art!

Since I saw comments that you're saying you allow non-commercial use of it, I wish to use it as a design to cross stitch on a t-shirt for a friend (from all tribal wolves I found, that's the only one that working as I wish with my cross stitch converter program)

ive been experimenting with tribals now and then but i just cant create a style i like , about similar to his one is what i do like. just like half an hour ago i was at the tattoo studio and talked to the owner. ive always wanted to draw my own but hes also trying some designs. he aske dme to print everyhting i really like and i guess this will be in. im going for a full body tho. the pattern and shapes look really great

Hi - I was wondering if I could use this design to make some shirt geared towards awareness of ""protecting our wolves" instead of killing them - I would add some text and may modify it slightly - would this be okay? BTW - I love the picture because it does not portray the wolf as being "scary" and instead shows it as a beautiful creature - so many of the tribal art designs of wolves make them look so "frightening" ;0)

Thanks for letting me know. I am the copyright holder so technically they'd be breaching copyright law if they used the image without my permission, but they only have to ask. I don't mind personal non-commercial use, and if they wanted something unique I do commissions too.

I don't think they have a deviantart account, I think they just made an account on the friendship website just to request the pattern
And For your first attempt, you executed it perfectly. And Heh heh, I know that feeling, trying to draw a style for the first time (in my case, it was the Northwest Pacific Native art) takes a loooooong time to do

Yeah, I was just looking for tribal wolf T-shirts, and this would have been perfect! I ended up settling for one of Goldenwolf's tribals [link] which was still pretty cool; would have preferred this one though.
