I'm sure not all crack shippings are because of changelings, but this REALLY is one of the most hilarious and cuter reasons I've heard for any crack shipping out there. With that said, I am wondering the same thing as Thejboy88 (mostly the second and third questions), are they doing this out of their own romantic interests, just for chuckles, or role-playing? I'm sure I'm probably just over thinking it though.

PS: to answer your question, I'm sure there is. Just either do a search or check with shipping groups. Like, i know the one I'm in is slightly leaning toward making a folder for them since it's almost reached the required parameters to make one.

Well first of all, are the two changelings in this comic male or female? Because their design makes it difficult to tell.
Secondly, were they doing it out of a romantic interest in each other or the people they were impersonating?
Thirdly, If this is some sort of romance between the two, would this shape-shifting technically count as role-play?

Well, I like that it's ambiguous but in my mind:
1) Female. My headcanon has changelings as a colony species, like ants. Males are relatively rare and don't stick around.
2) Interest in each other and the pairing.
3) Yeah.
But again, I don't mind if you think another explanation is better.
