Honestly, just because it would have looked squished with a whole rainbow of colours and I thought cold colours were more appropriate.

(Though the tinge of green at the bottom is because they reminded me of Celestia's mane!)

I meant that huge difference between the character's and the trail's colours.
Yellow, grey, white versus magenta, blue, cyan.
