Yes, Silver Spoon will look after Diamond Tiara no matter how she acts. It's pretty much canon. This goes with [link] (go there for the reasons I didn't like the ep).I can't believe I did this whole comic before realising that the last panel's so much better all by itself... Oops. But yes, it's another barely-finished piece, though it can stay out of Scraps because it's popular. Maybe I'm still not back on form since my holiday but, when I have found time for drawing during the last week, it hasn't turned out well!
Hopefully I'll find time to redo that last panel solo sometime. 'Cause. DT and SS are the cutest foals.

This is why I like the bad characters that everybody else hates (Gilda, Trixie, and Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon); after the episode ends, there's really no way of knowing how these characters feel. I think you did a great job interpreting these characters and how they would have acted in this circumstance. Poor Silver Spoon, no matter how poorly Diamond Tiara treats her, she's loyal to the end.

Everyone's got a story, we just get less from the "bad guy's" perspective. 
And yes, Silver Spoon is loyal, even though it's not clear why. I guess it's because DT's her friend?

As I always say, "Evil is not to be justified, merely analyzed." Granted, DT is NOT evil, as some bronies would have you believe. However, this open perspective allowed me to take a closer look at her character, and eventually, have her become one of my favorite fictional characters of all time. It's just that easy.

Anyone can be a victim, it's all about circumstance.
I did deliberately keep it so that DT was still self-centred, i.e. "I thought she was my friend" instead of "I thought she was our friend".
