“He’s moving towards uptown, heading straight for the second power station. Hellbound or Lighthawk, you need to intercept before he takes that station out or the entire city grid goes down!” The voice of Mira, better known by her alias Ctrl, called out. She was tracking a super villain that had been on a rampage across the city, using electrical powers to cause massive chaos and damage in a few short minutes. He had already taken the city’s main power grid offline by blowing the transformers outside the Nuclear power plants. Luckily the plants themselves were fine and could act under their own power, the city however had immediately switched over to emergency power, and now that was in danger of failing too.
April stopped her run, growling. With the power flickering rapidly it was not safe to drive, and she found herself on the opposite end of the city from where the action was happening. “I need a freaking mirage-mobile and here is a story with Lighthawk in it. D.o.L.L.s: Initiation.Titan’s Fall City.

The bus rolled to a stop in front of the empty bus stop and let a single passenger off into the dimly lit night. The woman in her fifties pulled a long coat over her nurses scrubs to protect against the early fall chill that had crept into the air. She hurriedly turned from the bus as it pulled away from the stop, its last stop of the night made. After it had disappeared into the fog of the evening the woman turned to look up and down the street, it was a rough part of the city, crime was high but the rent was cheap. And in a city like Titan’s Fall city cheap was good. She turned and headed down the street and turned into a back alleyway,
Unnoticed by her, four shadowy figures moved behind her, keeping just out of sight through the fog until she had turned down the alley, then with a burst of speed they made up the distance. The four men rounded the corner to find the woman only a dozen yards ahead of them, her gait slow, tired from a double shif
