Thank you for the comprehensive feedback! I couldn't think of a better way that didn't seem contrived for her to explain her presence in the store at the right time and place. I had Janet tell Tara that she had already collected the mana from the other members of the coven. I was trying to set up the fact without coming right out and saying it that Janet had been tracking down everyone involved with her imprisonment. So, basically Janet saw Tara stop in front of the store and took advantage of the new development and went in through the back and got the storekeeper out of the way. Janet had just got onto the sales floor as Tara was opening the door. Luck was more on Janet's side than Tara's lol. If Tara hadn't stopped to go shopping Janet would have tailed her to her house and got rid of her there.

Her hubby gets sold to a witch when the store goes out of buisness and has a half price sale and
at home he starts sucking her mana and this gets him noticed and rescued.
Meanwhile I would like to see Tara get sold and end up in a thrift sex shop with a new red curly wig and black lingerie after the buy out so
no one ever finds her and she stays a mannequin forever..
