Yeah, its done finally!I it took a lot of time, but its finished.
It has no purpose yet, but it just a brainstorm template. But now I made it a Art of the Month template. I also made a CSS Journal from this template.
Software used:

Every done in PS CS2, grass and most of all the other small details are hand made. The eyes in the menu are made with C4D, it was fun to make.

Hehe, good question, just trying and trying until you have what you want, basicly it are a few layers with different kind of standard brushes and colors.

The grass is a brush, buts its not a "grass brush"

This is really one of those webdesigns that makes you stare for a few minutes first, before you continue your journey on the web! It looks very cute and funny!
Well done on the composition, shaping, color and use of texture but one minor thing; instead of blue I would have used a more red-ish link color seeing how red is more present in the banner than blue.
