Introducing the first character I've posted: Adie! I've got a lot more characters ready and waiting to put out here, but I figure I'll start off with my favorite one to work with. She may look a little chubby already, but just wait for the final couple scenes on this, I promise it's worth it.

For a lot of the things I've got planned, I'll be posting just a snarky comment or two, but for ones like this I've got a few paragraphs typed. Having said that: this is an establishing shot and I'm not the type to write about every detail on the walls and crevice in the pavement, so this will be the shortest bit of the story. This one is going to be a four-part story.

Adie found herself in the hallway. Never mind how she got there, what matters is that this was (at least a replication of) THE house. The place where multiple Hobbits had been convinced to go on an unexpected journey. As she would find later, the setting of her strange adventure would have absolutely no bearing whatsoever on what was about to take place. She carefully moved through the hall in wonder of where she was before her nose caught the smell of something familiar. She looked around and eventually her eyes acknowledged a table at the end of the hallway...
