Description

I've done a tier list on all Crash Bandicoot games, so why not do one on the characters themselves? These are my opinions so please respect them. ^^

S TIER (Faves):

Crash Bandicoot - Easily my most favorite character of all time alongside Coco. He's such a goofy rascal who lives a lazy lifestyle. How can you not love the title character himself?

Aku Aku - AKA Mask Dad. Without Aku Aku to protect him, Crash would be done for. He's such a great tagalong partner and father figure to him and his bandicoot family. ^^

Dr. Neo Cortex - One of my most favorite villains! And of course, Crash wouldn't even be created without him and N. Brio. And his lines make me chuckle for the big bad of the franchise.

Coco Bandicoot - The other half of my all-time fave charas alongside Crash. She's smart, she's sassy, and she knows how to put up a good fight! And she IS better than Tawna by a mile, so they did a good job removing her.

Crunch Bandicoot - Without Crunch, the family wouldn't be complete. He's such a macho looking guy with brute strength and can be quite a jokester sometimes.

Pasadena O'Possum - Another better girl than Tawna and with a much defined personality. Pasadena knows what's best, cares for her boss Von Clutch, has a racing spirit and couldn't even do math properly.

Yaya Panda - I didn't think much of Yaya until Nitro-Fueled. She's such a hyperactive little panda cub with a similar racing spirit as Pasadena's and loves going as fast as the wind! ^^

Baby Crash and Baby Coco - This might be biased, but I think Baby Crash and Coco are super adorable! I just wanna pinch their little cheeks and hug them all day. I'd gladly be their babysitter.

A TIER (Very Good):

Ripper Roo - What can I say? He's one of my favorites of the Cortex Commandos just for how personality changing he is. He is calm and sophisticated one minute, but then goes batsh*t crazy the next. Does that not scream relatable?

Pinstripe Potoroo - He is a charmer and quite fond of his Tommy gun, but be warned... he WILL go crazy on you if you mess with him or his gun. One of my faves for sure!

Polar - Look at him! Just look at him! He's a great escort for Crash in the snow-themed levels. What more do you want me to say about him?

Dr. N. Gin - He makes a great henchman for Cortex, and is quite fond of building mech suits to stall the bandicoots. I also love how insane he is... or should I say N. Sane?

Uka Uka - The REAL big bad of the series... and for good reason. He is quite menacing and is related to Aku Aku by being twin brothers. I hope Crash 5 gives him the justice he deserves for being left out in Crash 4.

Dr. Nefarious Tropy - Master of time... more like GOD of time! His British accent is quite elegant and can be one of the more cruel villains... heck, he was the main antagonist in N-Tranced and even betrayed Cortex in Crash 4.

Tiny Tiger - Yes, I know he appeared in Crash 2 first, but I'm bad with organizing this tier list by game order. Anyway, Tiny is such a badass minion of the Commandos and may have a puny brain but ridiculous strength to rival Crunch's!

Dingodile - I didn't think much about him until Crash 4 where he retired and opened up his own diner. I'd like to think that he is a bounty hunter hired by Cortex to get Crystals but then retired from villainy after the Time Twister malfunctioned so he can persue his dream of owning a restaurant. Good character! ^^

Baby T - Do I even need to say more about this adorable T-rex infant?

Pura - Coco's answer to Crash's Polar, and he's so frikkin' cute for a tiger cub! Again, what more you want me to say about him?

Megumi - Easily my most favorite Trophy Girl/Nitro Squad member for how peppy and supportive she is. Megumi never ceases to amuse me. And she is quite tame on losing and congratulates others on their wins. ^^

Nash - For a shark alien who was programmed to always be on the move, Nash is quite the rascal! He's one of my favorite Nitro Kart champions.

Geary - And here's my second favorite CNK champion. When he's not cleaning up dirty filth, he can go into a mode that makes him aggressive about winning a race against his opponents. What a mad lad!

Nina Cortex - She can be quite enthralled about hugging adorable animals that her uncle replaced her hands with bionic ones. And she makes a great rival to Coco, let's be real here.

Evil Twins - Victor & Moritz remind me of a certain lab mouse duo from another cartoon series... in this case, Victor is the Brain and Moritz is Pinky. They made neat antagonists in Twinsanity even I think that game is heavily overrated.

Evil Crash - Don't tell him this, but I think he's super fluffy for an evil, twisted version of Crash himself.

Viscount - The only good part of Boom Bang is this main antagonist who owns a rich mansion and wants to obtain the Super Big Crystal for fame and fortune. What can I say? Viscount's a dapper devil.

Hasty - I can't believe Beenox based off this character of a rumored racer in CTR that turned out to be a potential mascot for an airport. If you ask me, Hasty is a great character on his own, and he makes a great father to Yaya. ^^

Lani-Loli - One of my faves of the Quantum Masks and for good reason... he usually panicks about the whole quantum rift crisis until he reunited with the rest of his siblings to close them off. And he's quite enthusiastic!

Kupuna-Wa - The grandma mask... she's quite sweet and can foresee anytime, whether it be the past, present or future. I really love her alongside Lani!

Alt!Tawna - A MUCH better Tawna if you will. This version of her takes on an adventurous personality after the murder of her Crash and Coco by Fem!Tropy. And she is super protective of the alternate Crash and Coco. That's a given! ^^

Fem!Tropy - I love this alternate, genderswapped version of N. Tropy where she is just as cruel as her original counterpart, if not much more cruel than him. She's basically the Cortex to Alt!Tawna's Crash, and have fought on and off again for years now.

B TIER (Alright):

Koala Kong - He is a bit of a showoff and came before Tiny... but if you ask me, there isn't much to say about him. He just didn't interest me as much as Tiny does. Ironically enough I always played as him in Bash when I was a young girl.

Dr. Nitrus Brio - N. Brio could be a villain in his own right... until Mind over Mutant and Crash 4 ruined it for me when he worked for Cortex again. Is there a reason why other than helping him destroy the Cortex Vortex with his laser gun? That is kinda d*ckish of him in my opinion.

Komodo Bros. - Joe and Moe are good villains and all, but they didn't interest me as the other villains. They do make a great team though.

Emperor Velo XXVII - I personally think he's a good main antagonist, that's all. He is a much better alien villain than Oxide imo.

Akano - The fact that he's basically super OP when using his powerup and only speaking in small words is neat, but he didn't interest me as the other two Quantums.

Ika-Ika - Same problem as Akano but for a different reason: He barely had enough screentime and as a result, his personality isn't exactly all that defined other than having two seperate personalities in both of his sides.

N. Trance - He's an egg-like being from the 5th Dimension who hypnotizes people, what else? I think he is a neat villain and all, but I can't bring myself to consider him very good. /:

Madame Amberly - She is an alright boss, but the way she treated Cortex is kinda sad...

Ebenezer Von Clutch - It's the funny German cyborg who owns a frikkin' theme park and he's just alright. Nothing too much to think about him, honestly.

C TIER (They Exist):

Nitros Oxide - I get that he was the main antagonist in CTR, but idk... I can't bring myself to like this guy.

Ami, Isabella and Liz - They're alright, but they didn't caught my attention as Megumi does. They do have unique personality traits of each of their own, though.

Elementals (Rok-Ko, Wa-Wa, Py-Ro, Lo-Lo) - I mean... they're alright antagonists, I guess... but I'm glad they were brought back in On the Run.

Megamix - A horrifying abomination that just exists. CTRNF isn't doing anything for my justice on him neither.

Big Norm and Small Norm - I can't think too highly of these mime-like aliens. But I do think Small Norm is great despite him not speaking at all.

King Chicken - It's just a chicken with a crown. What more do you want me to say?

Chick Gizzard Lips and Stew - They are pretty funny commentators and all, but they didn't strike my interest, sorry.

Willie Wumpa Cheeks - He's an alright twist villain, but his defeat was pathetically wasted potential...

Scorporilla - She is a neat mutant to control, but as a boss in On the Run? Eh... she's okay.

D TIER (Meh):

Tawna - I never liked her, not one bit. And her revamped appearance and personality in the remakes isn't helping neither.

Papu Papu - For the first ever boss... he's just eh. And he didn't interest me at all.

Rilla Roo - I just never liked him for his sudden appearance in Bash. His Fixed design in CTRNF is nice though, better than his initial redesign.

Krunk - I can't find myself to even like this guy, even if Crash gave him his yo-yo as a gift which I find very heartwarming. ^^

E TIER (No):

Zam - No.

Zem - Just, no.

And if you're wondering: Where the heck is Fake Crash and Fake Coco? Well, last I checked, they weren't in the tier list. But if I were to put them both in the meme... I'd say B Tier.
