I said there was one more person in the Lucha League. The League may have 8 official members, but what's a lucha libre league without a promoter. Enter Oracle, AKA

Oráculo: Bárbara Fierro, daughter of Gotham City Comisionado Fierro, used to be a luchadora in her own right, but had her back broken in an illegal hold during a fight. Picking herself back up, she may now use a wheelchair to get around, but she has more connections than anyone on Earth-L. A wrestling promoter by day, information broker by night, Oráculo is an indespensible part of the Lucha League, and best friend to Dina Rios, Canario Negro.

At some point along the lines I was honestly trying to figure out which superheroes would work best in a Luchador Justice League, but once Huntress and Black Canary were in there, it felt wrong not to have Oracle, so I had to find a way to put her in. The design was pretty fun; I wanted her in something sharp and time period appropriate, and I think the vest and dress pants works well. The wheelchair is based on the design of a 1950's/60's era Everest & Jennings, which would have been the top of the line for the time period. I knew she had to still be a redhead, but I researched what redheaded people of hispanic descent look like, and the pictures I found generally had a more deep auburn red than Barbara's normal fiery red, and it's typically curly frizzy, so I tried to incorporate that. I went ahead and gave her a version of the Oracle mask altered into a lucha libre mask. I imagine she wears it on special occasions, but primary just operates without it.
