Thank you so much for the time to write this. Keeping bone structure under fur and motion of elements on the canvas are things I'll definitely keep in mind.
Thank you again!

Very nice! I like the use of the map background to give flavor to the character's personality, and I like the use of old style sepia tones to make it feel like an olden day adventure. The little companion looks very cute, and the pose is a nice, dramatic angle. You also have a lot of nice little details in the armor and accessories.
I'd say right now, the weakest part of this is in the lower half. There are some nice starts to a design on the tail and the legs, but they feel very rough, and not as well thought out.
Also, it might be good to look up references (you can find a bunch right here on DA) for anthro style legs. (They are hard, I have my own problems with them). The biggest parts that look strange to me are in how far apart the legs are, at their attachment point to the body, as she looks like she is holding a wide stance. Another is the placement of the knees in ratio to the body and the rest of the legs. Usually when standing upright, even a real animal's knee will straighten more out and fall lower below the body. The knee spends most of it's time curled up near the body when the animal is on all fours, but does have the ability to extend downward. The leg closest to the viewer is not too bad, but the back one looks awkward.
The last thing was that she seems to have a heavy concentration of accessories higher up on the body, but very little to balance out on the lower half. You would not have to add a /lot/ to fix this, but maybe try to find a way to work in something like a shin guard on the leg that is not wrapped, some kind of jewelry, or make her markings a bit more bold and detailed.

Thank you very much for the critique
I can see what you mean about her lower half being less "busy" than the upper. She is supposed to be holding a wide "super-woman" stance from an upward looking angle. (My second attempt at the angle and pose; still needs work)
The hardest part is her anthro legs. As I've had many people comment on how they don't feel they're atomically correct, But I worry it's because they're comparing them to a "more human" model instead of a the Kangaroo legs I'm going for. I'll still take your advice to look for more references as something isn't working with what I'm doing now if I keep getting these comments.
But thank you again for your input! It's all very helpful~

Don't blame you, that is a hard angle to draw, but the upper half is looking stellar so far!
And after looking it over again, I don't think it's that I was going more for 'more human' just that the knee joint in the background leg seems 'broken' in compared with the way the front leg is done. I actually have a kangaroo like character myself, though she needs a bit of a redesign as well. I need her actual toes to be a bit flatter, and and did the shape a bit odd. She's a creature called a Jerboa, which is rather similar to a Kangaroo Rat. sta.sh/024kuw1do11m
So I know what you are going through.
If you want to get some good ideas for different ways to draw kangaroo like legs like this, but still have the character stand taller, look up various cartoon characters you can think of that have similar legs and see how the artists tackled it. Hee hee...here is a character that takes anthro legs to the extreme, but the artists put a /lot/ of thought into how her legs work and move. fc02.deviantart.net/fs46/f/200…
Plus DA had lots of resources on how to draw a very simple anthro leg guide, and one you know how that works, you can pretty much at least get the structure right from any angle.

I love the feeling in this! I used to read an anthrocomic which had absolutely adorable characters and this world-maptraveling feel to it, this really hit me in the right spot! Her shape and design is fluent and huggable ♥ And the little creature is SO CUTE!!!

It was one of Minna Sundberg's really old onlinecomics which I think has been lost to the abyss of the internet... Sadly so

I like the design and the concept. She's a very cool looking character. One thing about anatomy that I haven't seen in the comments: Pay attention to the length of the arms. Her upper arm appears to be longer than her forearm, when they should be closer to the same length.
Keep up the good work and keep practicing.

Thank you for your input. Looking back on the image now I realize it was a major depth perception fail
but thanks for pointing it out. It does help me better myself. ^^
