This girl really needed an update. So this is her anthro form!
Had fun adding more details incorperateing her pirate side. Also if anyone remembers Barnical, her buddy, he is now shown as a Flying gecko lizard in the picture. (Its just a fantasy creature) lolRelated content

Puedo ver que hay mucho esfuerzo ahí, el estilo encaja con un tiempo verdaderamente ya pasado, la expresión está fascinante y el estilo ni hablar... bueno, el único detalle es la pierna que nosotros vemos del lado izquierdo, creo que no està muy pareja si la comparas con la otra.
Aún así, nadie es perfecto, buen trabajo!
I can see there is a lot of effort there, the style really fits with past time and the expression is fascinating and style not to mention ... well, the only detail is the leg we see the left side, I think that is not very partner if you compare it with the other.
Still, nobody is perfect, good job!

Well, you have certainly out-done yourself again with lots and lots of details, this time with DJ and her wind-blown fur. Even the angle that DJ is in compliments how far that you've taken with your skills in art. The similarities in colour between DJ and the map in the background is quite a nice touch to DJ's design as an anthropomorphic Long-eared Jerboa pirate. I can even imagine the smell of brine.
And goodness me, I'd thought that little critter beside DJ there was actually a small sea-dragon of sorts, until I read about it being a flying-gecko-lizard in your description.
The amount of details on DJ's fur, from her large floppy ears to the tip of her bulb-ending tail, is quite a spectacle to behold here. You deserve more than just a pat on the back of your shoulder, friend, cause you had even added fur on her spine that leads down to her tail and on! The fur around her right eye bears a close resemblance to that of a pirate's eye-patch, which is quite a nice concept there, given that she still can see through them. Though her feet are quite furry for someone who's a pirate captain, I guess it fits the overall theme of DJ's transition into the world of anthros. At least the bandages on her left foot can give the viewers a good idea on how her other foot would really look like without that much fur behind it. 
And now, onto the accessories/clothing on DJ. The little skull trinket on her belt is probably another detail to show what DJ is, and those belts on her are quite snazzy, however that term is supposed to be used.
All in all, job well done, miss!

I can see Gidget being one of the two main characters that you mentioned who are going to be drawn in your anthro style, but the last one... I have an odd feeling about the last character.

Gidget actually may be something very different altogether and the last is Onka my Villain. The new setting for my characters involves a fantasy world of humans species, anthro species and even fantasy species. Its a lot to mash together, but I think I can bring it all together to make a good fantasy realm.

Well, it's highly unlikely that any character would look the same if they were to be converted from one style into another, so I'm keeping my mind blank until you've completed a picture of anthro Gidget and Onka. Honestly speaking, I am actually glad to know that the main villain of your setting would reappear after a long time of not appearing in your gallery. After all, diversity is the spice of life, especially in a fantasy setting as magical as yours. T`would be dull if there were only anthros/humans/fantasy creatures alone in that said universe.
