I think it takes Shapeways about one week to print it and 1-3 weeks to ship it to you depending on your location.

That's about right, going from my experience. Luckily, I live a few hours from their facility, so shipping only took a day or so, but the actual printing (for two figures) was about a week, maybe a little less.
