Oh, that's awesome! They're very fun to make, so just relax, play around and have fun with designing your farm layout
And as for links, all I do it copy and past the URL of a picture or a page into the comments and it will convert it into a link automatically

I just wrote them out with the brush tool, then you choose to "stroke" it in the layer options. It's hard to explain because I can't show it to you, but it's at the bottom of the layers list

You definitely should! It comes in really handy
I used Photoshop CS5, but I'm sure any art program could make one of these ^^

Okay! I just didn't know how to create the perfect rectangles and squares and stuff for the buildings and vehicles. Any advice on that?

Yeah! I just use the square transform tool, then I drag it out how I want it. Then I choose to free transform it, and after that you choose to stroke it ^^ That'll make the outline, and you can choose how many pixels wide you want your line to be

This looks fantastic! The clean lines and the colour scheme are so professional, the facilities have a great layout, and the old farmhouse and the nice barns make it such a comfortable place. The vehicles are a nice touch to make the fam appear more lived-in. The photo links are a great idea too! I'm so glad I drew my map, since now I get to enjoy seeing yours.
