Yes he is meant to be upside-down. That's the way the picture is. And it's from chapter 11 of the manga "Alice in the Country of Hearts", or "Heart no Kuni no Alice"i'm uploading both coloured and uncoloured versions, because i like them both for different reasons ^-^
