Description i wanted to really work out a line work mangaish style.  a few more practice works like this and i should have it down.  it is not a difficult method but it is tedious and time consuming

This I can buy as manga style. The subtly exaggerated sexualization, her expression, the effects and the somewhat confusing angle of her gives it that appearance.

in 'manga' you sometimes throw out anatomy proportions and perspective to make "eyegasims"
