I really love Lord of Lords Ryu Knight and was looking for something similar to watch. Found this show Lamune Knights &40, which had the same character designer. I liked it. Wasn't as good as Ryu Knight, but still pretty cool. I really liked how the robot's power came from adrenaline, I thought that was a really neat concept. And the lore was really outstanding. Do NOT watch the second season under any circumstances though. It is AWFUL. They took all the lore and replaced it with booba and about 50 grams of drugs. Very annoying.

2nd attempt at drawing a mecha traditionally. I think it's better than last time. Yay.
