Yeah I don't know. I guess in a very obsessive way using only that one brush makes me feel like I have full control of my work. And that's one of the most important things for me when it comes to digital painting. Using textures and textured brushes can yield random results. It may be quicker but it might not be how I wanted it to look (or perhaps I haven't tried it yet because this way is working out okay thus far). Or maybe I feel like I'm using a shortcut method and not staying true to the traditional ways. I don't know. I'm crazy, don't listen to me. There are plenty more talented digital painters who create wonderful work using textures and custom brushes.

Yes it is in fact painted from start to finish. I myself am surprised at how much detailing I put into this. It still remains my most detailed painting and ever since then my work has been steadily improving. You may notice how my work looked before this painting and how they look after. The improvement is HUGE! A lot of it was down to how much time I spent. I used to rush before but now I'm more patient.

I voted for Ezio. 49% (he's catching up) Don't take this the wrong way. Lol. I still like females but I'd vote for anything with Ezio's name in there ! And from a neutral point of view it's not about real life vs. pixels. Try to tell that to the twilight (and recently 50 shades of grey) fangirls that they're in love with an imaginary character.

I have a feeling Connor is going to be a lot like Altair. Ezio was very humorous and laid-back compared to Altair who was serious and focused. It gave the games very different tones. It would be good to have Connor be a bit of both...
