And that Altaria is simply vicious. My Poochyena is from the Prismatic jungle and an Altaria plays a major role in why she eventually left.

no you didn't he's a charizard, you can never give them too much frame time. no i only thought that since the situation sort of made me think that

Don't think so unless temporary members are allowed. I don't think PMD's would allow a second evolution Pokemon just like that.
Although I do get the feeling someone will do something to save the Charizard. Then again...

i thought you could get evolved pokemon obtained from meeting them in a mission, cause Noir is an evolved pokemon, but i'm probably wrong

I actually had that same doubt and asked Haychel. Apparently he was allowed to recruit one first evolution pokemon as the prize for completing an event. Fast forward to Mission 3, he recruited Noir. He could recruit a Haunter (first evolution), but not a Gengar since the latter is a second evolution.
