I'M BACK! And with some Neil and Javert! Err. I think Neil and Javert #5 is the worst pile of CRAP I've ever put together, so I decided to try this kinda thing. I think I like the sketchiness more. No more grayscale, which is a little sad. Ohh well. The formatting style thinger is shamelessly stolen from Girls Next Door by *Pika-la-CyniqueI actually outlined this back in JULY, while sitting backstage at the Mann during Carmina Burana. It was CRAZY!
The message behind this is that Neil manages to have fun doing ANYTHING. Even jumping off a bridge...>.>
