Description
It's Sebastian's True form in the newest chapter of Kuroshitsuji!...just kidding. It's my interpretation of what Sebastian would look like in his true form by looking at all the hints (which isn't many) Yana Toboso left in the manga and novel.

I think Ciel Phantomhive summoned Malphas, and gave him a new name as Sebastian. Because Malphas (Demonology) can change as a crow too.

But then I read the description and I also remembered somewhere saying that (up to now) neither the Anime or Manga ever show his true form. Which is good, I guess. Although it confuses me, why do so many people think Demon!Sebastian looks like, well, Sebastian? His appearance was determined by Ciel's preference, hence why Sebastian looks like Vincent Phantomhive...
Unless it turns out Sebastian is a corpse-turned-demon Vincent Phantomhive!
