Description
Here is Ryu from Street Fighter as a Shinigami-turned-Vaizard. His hollow self is Evil Ryu, or Satsui Ryu, of course.
the blue gloves of hollow ryu are a result of inverting the regular red gloves of Ryu.
Ryu wears shinigami clothes in his unreleased zanpakotu state. He sports a red headband instead of that whit one.

Ryu's Zanpakotu is called "Ansatsuken" -Ryu, Ken, and Akuma's fighting style. In its unreleased state it is a small scroll. Ryu Releases Ansatsuken by Unfolding it and saying "fight, Ansatsuken"!

Its Shikai transform Ryu's shinigami kimono into a black version of his original fighting gear, the one you see him wearing up there^. Releasing his zanpakotu enables Ryu to perform his special moves, such as Hadoken, Shoryuken, and Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku. I added metal decals to his gloves to indicate where his zanpakotu went.

His Bankai is called "Alpha Ansatsuken"; His headand turns to white, and the Kanji for murder -Satsu- appears on his back. you may have guessed from the name, it's based on the alpha series. Ryu's Bankai enables him to use his super attacks like...y'know what I'm talking about.
His Bankai though powerful, is not yet complete. Just like Ichigo, Alpha Ansatsuken crushes his bones and makes it easier for Hollow Ryu to take over. Hollow Ryu slowely transform Ryu's clothes to white. He is much more stronger and more violent than Ryu.
