A few days later classes have started. I was in the training room watching Pyrrha fight agents team CRDL.

Goodwitch: Well done, Miss Nikos. You should have no problem qualifying for the tournament.

Phyrra: Thank you Professor.

Goodwitch: Alright, now I know that's a tough act to follow but we have time for one more sparing match. Any volunteers?

Guy: I’ll do it.

Goodwitch: Mercury, is it? Very well let’s find you an opponent.

I raise my hand.

Nightmare: This should be fun.

Me: What are you doing? *Whispers to self*

Nightmare: Need to blow off some steam. *Whispers back*

Mercury and I get down to the platform and get into a fighting stance.

I summon Milo and Akouo, Phyrra’s weapons. Everyone was shocked at what my weapons were. In the matter of moments water had covered my body leaving behind roman gladiator armor.

Everyone clapped.

Mercury: Hmmm.

A few days ago I received Phyrra’s semblance, By “Accidentally” drinking out of her water bottle. But I didn’t have to use it.

Nightmare: You first.

Mercury kicks rapidly at me but I blocked all of it.

Nightmare: Not bad you seemed to be good with your footing. But!

I shield punch him halfway across the platform.

Me: I see! I know what your little secret is!

Mercury: Really?

Nightmare: At least I don’t have to worry about your legs!

With an onslaught of attacks Mercury keeps trying to block but gets hit again.

And with that he reaches the red and the match is over.

Me: *Hold my hand out to him* Need help?

Mercury: *Grabs it and pulls himself up* How could you tell?

Me: I could feel it once my shield made contact with it. You may need to get more sturdy metal.

Mercury: Note taken.

Goodwitch: And with that [Name] is the victor of the match.

The bell goes off.

Goodwitch: Remember the dance is this weekend, but you all have your first mission on Monday.

We walk out and I take it easy for the rest of the day.

Ruby, Weiss, Yang and I were in the ballroom getting it ready.

Ruby and I sat at a table while Yang was moving stuff.

Weiss: I need you to pick a table cloth.

She slides two cloths onto the table.

Ruby: Aren’t they both the same?

Weiss: Ugh, I don’t even know why I asked.

Me: The one on the right brings out more in the room.

Weiss: See he know!

Yang sets a large speaker down next to us.

Yang: So, have you picked out a dress yet?

Ruby: Who cares about the dance if Blake isn’t going?

Yang: Don’t worry, she’s coming.

Sun and Neptune walk in.

Sun: You ladies and Weiss ready for dress up?

Yang: Laugh all you like i'll be turn heads tomorrow night.

Weiss: What are you three wearing?

Sun: Um… This?

Neptune: Ignore him; for he knows not what he says.

Sun: I may have moved to Mistral, but I grew up in Vacuo. It’s not exactly a shirt and tie kind of place.

Yang: Yea we noticed. What about you [Name].

Nightmare: I don’t have time for this.

Me: I have an old tuxedo I use to wear so i’ll wear that.

Yang: What about a date?

Me: I… don’t want to talk about it.

Sun: Why? Couldn’t get a anyone? *Mocking*

Me: No… quite the opposite. *I show my scroll revealing many names of girls with messages asking me to be there date*

Neptune: Holy! How many!

Me: 37… *Another one pops up* Make that 38…

Sun: Wow…

Me: Why am I so popular all of a sudden!

Yang: Well that fight with Mercury did give you a lot of points with the girls.

Me: I can’t even decide who to go with… I never asked to be famous!

Neptune: Suck it up!

Nightmare: I guess this means we are staying home.

Me: Besides… If I do choose one they might want to kill me later for not saying anything…

Nightmare: Make them fight to the death for you! Winner gets to go to the dance!

Me: Sounds extreme.

Neptune: Is he OK?

Sun: I’ll explain later…

Nightmare: Besides while walking around with our puppets I found a few things.

Me: What did we find?

Nightmare: Rumors are that the girl is here!

Me: *Stands up* Really?!

Nightmare: I’m not sure who it is but it's one of the new ones.

Me: Only one more thing to do!

Ruby: Wait! How do you know this?

Me: Yea… how do you know?

Nightmare: I tortured a few White Fang to get this info!

Me: Are they alive?

Nightmare: Yes… but they won't walk for a while. *Maniacal laugh*

I grab my jacket and run out heading for the records of students.

Ruby: Where are you going!

Me: Work!

Ruby: You're coming right!

Me: YES DON’T WORRY!

After an hour of searching through the records I come down to 23 students.

Me: Well… It's a start.

Nightmare: Why don’t we kill them all and be done with it!

Me: Because there are 22 students here that had nothing to do with it. I don’t want innocent blood on my hands.

Nightmare: Then who do we question first?

Me: I think we need to just rest for a bit we have a dance tomorrow.

Amber: We are close and you want to party?!

Me: Maybe I can question them during the dance, If we just run in and ask them all questions the real culprit might be tipped off.

Nightmare: Roman might have already.

Me: As much as I don’t like her, Neo would of kept his mouth shut to protect me.

Amber: Are you sure?

Me: If Neo didn't then the killer could hunt me down and try to kill me. So she wants to make sure I don’t get hurt by anyone else but her.

Nightmare: At least we are kept secret for now.

Me: I’m going to go to the dance as a puppet, While the real me looks around the school. If the enemy is here then she must be trying to get info.

Nightmare: I’ll go to the dance…

Me: What?!

Nightmare: I can keep an eye on everyone and if someone leaves I can track them.

Me: You sound more like me everyday.

Nightmare: No I said what you were going to.

Me: Tosha

We get ready for the dance tomorrow. And have many puppets on standby all over the place.
