I have been meaning to explore Fari's more mystical side, but I keep pushing that further and further down my to-do list, and so I'm not as far along with that storyline as I would like to be. But at least I have this finally completed!
(you don't want to know how long I had this sitting in my sketchbook - it has been literal months. Hence why the trees have leaves when it should be the middle of winter)

I am planning on coming back and adding an actual story to this, but for now I just want to get this posted. Basically, though, Fari is struggling to deal with his unexplained flashbacks, and his herdmates are starting to get worried about him. Especially the Drakes, who as a breed with strong ties to Norse mythology, I feel they would be more likely to recognize some of the things he's seeing. (though granted, there aren't that many eight-legged horses out there)

I hope you're as happy with this piece as I am, and let's hope I can get Fari's story moving along in 2022!
